1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Watchtower platform at watchtower.bluesprincemedia.com, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Watchtower is a financial intelligence and portfolio analytics platform. The Platform provides:

  • Market Intelligence: Trend scanning, signal detection, and macro analysis across equities, ETFs, crypto, and commodities.
  • Agentic Execution (Paper Trading): Automated paper trading tools that help improve the user's trading experience by enabling simulated order placement through connected brokerage accounts.
  • Brokerage Integration: The ability to connect third-party brokerage accounts (such as Alpaca) via OAuth or API key integration using a Bring Your Own Key ("BYOK") model.

    • Watchtower is a technology platform. We are a software tool that helps improve users' trading experience. We do not hold, custody, or manage your funds. We do not open, maintain, or service brokerage accounts. All brokerage services are provided solely by your chosen brokerage provider.

    3. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) Model

    The Platform operates under a BYOK architecture. This means:

  • Your Keys, Your Account: You provide your own brokerage API credentials to connect your independently held brokerage account to the Platform.
  • No Custody: We never have direct access to your brokerage funds. We cannot initiate withdrawals, transfers, or deposits on your behalf.
  • Credential Security: Your API credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. We store only encrypted tokens, never plaintext credentials.
  • Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the security of your brokerage account, including the decision to connect it to this Platform.

    • 4. Paper Trading Disclaimer

    During Phase 1 of the Platform, all automated trading functionality is restricted to paper trading (simulated trading) only. Paper trading:

  • Uses simulated funds provided by your brokerage's sandbox environment.
  • Does not involve real money, real securities, or real market execution.
  • May not accurately reflect real market conditions, including slippage, liquidity, fill prices, or regulatory fees.
  • Past performance in paper trading does not guarantee future results in live trading.

    • 5. Informational Use Only

    Nothing on this Platform constitutes a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial product. The analytical outputs, trend signals, and scores provided by the Platform are:

  • Generated by automated systems and artificial intelligence.
  • For informational and educational purposes only.
  • Not tailored to your individual financial situation, risk tolerance, or objectives.

    • Users are solely responsible for evaluating information and drawing their own conclusions before taking any action.

    6. Risk Disclosure

    All investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. By using this Platform, you acknowledge that:

  • Market prices are volatile and unpredictable.
  • Automated trading systems can malfunction, experience connectivity issues, or produce erroneous signals.
  • AI-generated analysis may contain errors, hallucinations, or outdated information.
  • You are solely responsible for any trading decisions made using information from this Platform.

    • 7. User Accounts and Eligibility

    To use the Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

    • 8. Prohibited Uses

    You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Platform.
  • Use the Platform to manipulate markets or engage in wash trading.
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or security measures.

    • 9. Intellectual Property

    All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and the overall design — are the exclusive property of Blues Prince Media LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

    10. Third-Party Services

    The Platform integrates with third-party services including but not limited to Alpaca Markets, Inc. Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

    11. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BLUES PRINCE MEDIA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
  • Any trading losses incurred through use of the Platform.
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.
  • Any third-party conduct on the Platform.

    • 12. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blues Prince Media LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform.

    13. Modifications to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

    14. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

    15. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
